Round Oaks Creative Center
1443 Glenside Green, Charlottesville, VA 22901 Phyllis Frame M.A., ATR, Director
For many years I have been dedicated to bringing art and expressive therapies and a variety of workshops and trainings to the Charlottesville community. I believe that we all have a creative side that can be developed and deepened and made part of our life, putting us in touch with our inner healer and our natural creativity. Body, mind and spirit are touched by different modalities that are offered at Round Oaks, such as chakra toning, sand tray, soul college, mandala work, tissue collage, journaling, poetry, and guided imagery. An exciting mix that provides a unique and holistic approach in self exploration and inner healing.
For the past few years I have been focusing on periods of crisis and change in women’s lives and have offered transformational workshops, group and individual therapy geared to these needs. There is always the possibility of finding new connections and sense of direction as you begin your journey here. It has been such a rewarding experience to work in my new studio, surrounded by trees and light. I invite you to visit and to see for your self .
